Policies and Considerations
- Reservations
You can make your reservations by either by calling 905-690-9759 or our toll-free number 877-690-9760. You may also book online. Please book in advance to get your preferred time.
- Spa Admission
We gladly welcome guests 16 yrs of age and older. All guests under 16 yrs require adult supervision to receive treatments. Children of any age may not accompany parents for treatments or to any of the other areas of the facility.
- Arrival
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment. This early arrival allows you ample time to complete the necessary case history forms and allow you to enjoy a complimentary beverage in our Magnolia Fireside Retreat. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment since it will end on time so that our next guest is not delayed.
- Cancellation Policy
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation of or rescheduling an appointment for a service of 60 minutes or longer. A 48-hour notice is required for any Spa Package or multiple services of three or more. A 7-day cancellation notice is required for larger parties (excluding Bridal Bookings). The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 25% of the value of the services reserved for you. All ‘no shows’ are charged at full value. A credit card number will be required at the time of the reservation for these services.

All of our team members are Registered or Certified Professionals who have received extensive training in their chosen fields. Please feel free to consult your therapist or service provider at any time during your treatment.
- Facilities

Relax in the Magnolia Fireside Retreat with complimentary specialty coffees, teas, juices, and other beverages or browse through our boutique where you will find many unique products for a gift or a special treat for yourself.
Private secured lockers are available but please refrain from bringing jewellery or other valuables into the spa as we regret we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to your personal articles.
- Spa Zone

To add to the enjoyment of your treatment, and to help others enjoy their relaxing treatment as well, please turn off all cellular telephones and pagers when you enter the facility.
- Magnolia House Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for any of our wonderful treatments or in any monetary denomination you wish.
Gift Cards can be purchased by phone, email, or in person.
- Payment Method

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Debit Card, and Magnolia House Gift Card.
There is a 15% gratuity added to three services or more.
